Existing bookings and travel assistance
For changes, supplier confirmations or help during your trip, contact the adviser or operational contact in your booking documents. For an urgent issue near departure, call that contact as well as sending your request in writing. In a medical or safety emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service first.
Cancellation and refunds
Email sales@prasthan.in with your booking reference, traveller name, dates and affected services. Ask for acknowledgement. The quotation, supplier conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy explain how charges and refunds are assessed.
Complaints and feedback
Use the subject Booking Complaint and include a short explanation, your booking reference, supporting documents and the resolution you seek. Your adviser can escalate an unresolved matter to the business operations team. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and work toward resolution within one month, or a shorter period where required by law.
