Prasthan began its travel journey in 2018. Today, Prasthan Travels And Events Private Limited helps travellers plan holidays, hotel stays, transport and other travel arrangements from its registered and working office in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.

Our team assists with domestic and international holidays, customised itineraries, hotel reservations, cabs and transfers, flight bookings and group travel, subject to the services and availability confirmed in your quotation. From family holidays and honeymoons to group tours and business journeys, we aim to make planning clear and personal.

From enquiry to your journey

We compare options, prepare a written quotation and coordinate the agreed booking. Your confirmation sets out selected services, payment arrangements and relevant conditions. During planning and travel, use the contacts supplied with your booking for assistance. We value clear communication about what is included and what needs a separate arrangement.

How do I request a quotation?

Use the enquiry form or email sales@prasthan.in with your destination, dates, number and ages of travellers, departure city, budget and preferences. Our team will contact you to clarify the plan and prepare available options.

Is my booking confirmed when I submit an enquiry?

An enquiry starts the conversation. Confirmation is issued in writing for services secured after the agreed payment. Availability and prices may change until confirmation.

What should I check before paying?

Check names, dates, room or vehicle category, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, total price, deadlines and cancellation conditions. Ask for written clarification if anything is unclear.

How much advance is required?

Your quotation states the actual advance. Holiday bookings ordinarily require 30%–50%; flights and non-refundable services may require full payment. The usual balance deadline is 14 days before departure, unless your quotation says otherwise.

How can I pay safely?

Use the official payment route confirmed by Prasthan and obtain a receipt. Verify unexpected changes to bank details using a known contact. Never share banking passwords, PINs, CVVs or OTPs.
