Product refund & Exchange Policy 7 days from the date of Tradition Deliver Products. For Return customers want to raise requests within 2 days. For exchange customers want to raised request within 7 days. Create refund or exchange request from register email address to Prasthan.in or Call on +91-9909278413
If Received Defective or Wrong Products from our side you get Full amount of Refund. Refund Process once we Receive products at our locations. In Some cases Reverse Pickup not Pin code not available customer liable to Self Ship to our address.
Once raise refund request our Executives approve the request within 2 to 4 Days. Once the Request is approve.
If any reason like color issues or you don not like products So that 2 Options available for returns
1. Self ship to our address & You get full amount of Refund. OR
2. Pickup Arranging from our side & deliver at our Werhouse. In that case We Deduct Rs 150 Handling Fees from your refund amount.
If Revers pick up is not available in your Pincode then A customer MUST return the delivered product to our office – for receiving the Refund. The Refund will be issue within 2-3 days of receiving the product back – in good condition. Only the product price, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, shall be refund.
Ones you place Exchange this order is not eligible for refund and exchange
Once we receive the product our address Quality Control staff checks these products. Apart from anything not as per products as previous conditions Like Price tag, box, packing conditions we CAN NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PROCEED REFUND.
In a usual Returns situation, the customer would have to bear the Return shipping cost – of sending the product back to us.
The Shipping charge levi on delivery will not be refund against any order.
Bulk Order That has more than 2 quantities that can only return at 30% items. full order not returnable
Hand to Hand Exchange is currently not available due to COVID-19
All Products are returnable Except CUSTOM STITCH Products.
REFUND PROCEED ONCE WE RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS. REFUND USUALLY TAKE 2 TO 3 DAYS FROM RECEIVED PRODUCTS.

Prasthan.in ALLOWS YOU TO TAKE THE DECISION OF CANCELLING AN ORDER, SHOULD YOU WISH TO DO SO. HOWEVER, WE SINCERELY URGE AND REQUEST YOU ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION TERMS –
You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly state – by sending an email to Info@Prasthan.in Mention the reason for the email and order number in the email’s Subject Line.
If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure canceling it within Five hours of placing the order.
If you cannot do so immediately, ensure raising the cancellation request before the order is move for procurement.
Order once move for procurement CANNOT be cancel.
In case, you have cancel an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement – you will be issue refund within 7 days of cancellation of order.
Order once shipp from our warehouse CANNOT be cancel, but if you are unsatisfie with your order upon delivery, you can raise a Return request.
If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not process, cannot be procure, or is not shipp to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancel, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurr by either side.Tradition
